Change of Mind

We accept returns on our products* due to change of mind, provided they are returned in the same condition as they were when purchased and have not been used, opened or the seal broken. If you change your mind, you can ship your order back to us and we will issue you with a store credit note. You can find the returns form and address below. We do not refund the delivery costs.

*Change of mind returns are not available for: Razors, blades, face-masks, underwear, chocolate, any feminine hygiene products or gift cards.

  • All returns must be received within 14 days
  • All items must be unused, with seals in tact and tags attached where applicable
  • Product packaging must also be received in tact with no tears or blemishes
  • We strongly advise returning your order with tracking as we can't be responsible for items that go missing before they reach us
  • We will process all returns within 7 days of receiving them except for when COVID-19 returns and exchange time frames apply
  • Please note we don't refund delivery costs for a change of mind
  • If you nominate a product exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for your replacement

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We accept returns on items that may be damaged or faulty. If you receive damaged or faulty items, we will issue you with a replacement, store credit note or a full refund. We do not refund for natural wear and tear or for damage caused post receipt.

  • We cannot accept returns or process a refund for a product you use that you have sensitivities to, or have an allergic reaction to.   • We do not ship chocolate in refrigerated packaging. Please be mindful of this when you place your order. We cannot be held responsible for melted chocolate due to temperature. We do not offer refunds, replacements or credits for melted chocolate.
